保二總隊刑事警察大隊偵一隊，去年11月在新北市中和、淡水查獲盜版影視APP軟體「
LUV TV」，逮捕劉姓(32歲)、廖姓(31歲)主嫌，並查扣雲端主機資料，警方根據查扣資料
發現，該軟體利用數位匯流方式，上傳盜版節目、影集至資料庫，供使用者收看，國內所
多業者製播的電視劇也被侵權，其中以三立電視台受害最慘，遭侵權的節目數量幾乎占所
有內容的三分之一。
警方表示，該軟體的影音內容分類詳細，除遭查獲後目前已下架的台灣地區影視內容外，
還區分中國、日本、韓國、香港、美國、英國等地的節目內容，而下架之前的台劇遭侵權
數量高達112個節目，總集數超過3000集，警方去年接獲業者檢舉，經長期蒐證後，終於
將劉、廖2人逮捕，依違反著作權法移送。
警方呼籲，未經著作權人授權，透過網路公開傳輸或重製他人著作或對公眾提供可公開傳
輸、重製作他人著作之電腦程式及其他技術，而有收益者，是觸犯著作權法第87條規定，
可處二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或併科新台幣50萬元以下罰金。
